This information includes government rules, transaction types and many other information that may seem fixed, but can change in the future

Error and user informative messages are also available on updateable files, to allow the user to customize displayed text as needed.

Our products have been designed to allow centralizing or distributing information and functionality, depending on each organization's requirements.

The chosen multiple Data Base design facilitates distributing data among multiple servers.  It can thus be implemented in flexible configurations of maximum scalability, starting with one single server and upgrading to as many servers as needed, when more data or more users are added to the system.

In addition to scalability, multiple servers feature, also best suits environments where functionality or data are in different sites. For example General Ledger and Inventory in different remote locations, or distributed stores for the same inventory function.  

Multiple data base design also provides for:

• Different backup policies per application or per site, depending on intensity of data entry.

• Improved and simple restore procedures; as only partial restoration will be needed which saves effort and time.
