NCR & eT3 upgrade Banque Misr On-line Internet Banking to work on Windows 2000 Server and IIS 5. This internet site enables customers to log on and retrieve all information about their accounts and credit cards. This information is real time because the web site server interfaces with the bank's core application . The upgrade improves performance due to improvements in back end applications.
NCR & eT3 expand SVS to remaining Cairo / Alex and Islamic branches of Banque Misr. SVS enables teller to view customer signature on-line without any data entry as this system is fully integrated with the bank core application.

Telecom Egypt expands its IVR network with additional 660 lines, to a total of 13200 lines. Here the Digital E1 Technology enables 22 E1 lines, each holding 30 channels. Each channel acts as a separate telephone line for the customer to dial and get his bill information.
