As part of e-Government  projects sponsored by Ministry of Communication & Information Systems, Dr. Ahmed Nazif announced start of license renewal and penalties payment over the internet for Giza Traffic.   Egyptian Citizens can now pay through internet Traffic Penalties and Vehicles' Licenses' renewal  using local and international debit /credit cards (VISA, Master and AMEX) and deploying  SSL (Secure Socket Layer)  connection to secure card information . To ensure program users' additional privacy, no one can display penalties or vehicle's data except its owner, by having to supply  specific data such as vehicle's chasse and motor number.  The site is accessible through Egyptian Government Gate ( http://www.egypt.gov.eg/ ).

Giza Traffic payments are routed to Banque Misr e-payment gateway, the acquirer bank  module of " e-Secured Payment " Solution developed and supported by eT3 staff.
